Hi, I'm Jamie Maddocks. A student taking ICT, Media Studies, Business Studies and Music at GCSE level.

I run Chicken Studios on my own and I have actively been programming for a year at the time of writing and am always striving to become better.

The first idea for Chicken Studios began just after I learnt to program, many people ask me why it is called "Chicken Studios" why Chickens? Why not horses? I have a weird obsession over chickens, I just think they're so amazing.

So why do I have an obsession with chickens? I really don't know. Anyway away from chickens and back to Chicken Studios.

So Chicken Studios was created around Christmas 2009. Later in life I'm hoping to get a job in programming so I couldn't have started learning at a better time.

I owe a lot of my programming experience to people from iPTF, without them I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am now. These people include Gojohnnyboi, his publicy released source code helped me learn quite a few of the basics of Cocoa and Objective-C, Axis who helps me whenever I get a bug in my program, no matter how much I annoy him he's always willing to help. Skylar on the forums has always helped not just me but many budding programmers who need help with things.

And I'm going to end this with while I will be mainly programming for the iPhone and iPad, I will also be programming for OS X. A huge thanks goes to Ryan Kelly who designed this site for me, he's a great guy and you should check out his themes.
